This 1920 Grande Dame, being one of the last remaining very elegant, original residences, nestles in a prime position just above the sea and very close to famous Camps Bay and Clifton beaches. This icon will lift your spirits and refresh your soul with its amazing surrounding scenery. The expanse of the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking, and the sound of the crashing waves on the rocks exhilarating.
Externally, the Villa has been restored to her former glory, internally she has had a total make-over with tiled floors, modern bathrooms and kitchens but keeping the old elegance of original sash windows, architraves around doors etc. Every room has uninterrupted views that are like unframed paintings of the sea and majestic mountains.
Bingley Place is a double storied villa that can be rented out as a 5 bedroom ensuite house with pool, or two separate, individual self-contained units, each on the ground floor due to the steep gradient of the land. There is no internal access between the two floors of the house and therefore these 3 and 2 bedroom units have their own private entrances. If rented separately, the pool is for the exclusive use of the upstairs level.
