The entry level (1st floor) consists of a double garage which has direct access into the villa. On this floor you will also find a study and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Down a level to the 2nd floor you will find the open-planned living space featuring the formal and informal lounge areas, modern kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas.
The second and third bedrooms are situated on the 3rd floor and both also offering en-suite bathrooms. This level also boasts another lounge area with sea views and a private plunge pool with 2 x sunloungers.
The ground floor (4th floor) consist of the fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the jacuzzi deck. A private wine cellar can also be found on this floor.
